The Service converts image files into editable PowerPoint slides. All converted elements are provided in an editable state.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create a user account. When creating an account, you must:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Fees and Refunds

The Service is offered through subscription plans and credit packs.

• All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes
• Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis
• Refunds may be considered in cases of significant service failures
• For refund inquiries, please contact us through the refund request form in your dashboard

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Engaging in criminal activities
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
• Using the Service for unauthorized purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the operator or rightful owners. Users retain copyright to content they create using the Service, but are responsible for the copyright of source images.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." The operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service. The operator assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In the event of damages to users due to the operator's breach of contract or tort, the operator's liability for damages shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

The operator may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms take effect upon posting on the Service. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
