Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Significant service failures preventing normal use
  • Payment errors resulting in credits not being properly credited
  • Other cases where the operator deems a refund appropriate

To request a refund, please use the refund request form in your dashboard. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Special Terms

Subscription plans automatically renew until you cancel. Cancellation is available anytime from your dashboard.

Warranty and Defect Liability

The following terms apply to warranty and defect liability (contractual non-conformity liability) for this Service.

Scope of Responsibility

If the Service cannot be used normally due to significant defects attributable to the Service, the operator will take the following actions:

  • Bug Fixes: Defects will be corrected within a reasonable time
  • Alternative Solutions: If correction is difficult, alternative solutions will be provided where possible
  • Credit Compensation: Consumed credits may be compensated if service usage was impaired

Limitation of Liability

The operator shall not be liable for warranty in the following cases:

  • Issues caused by user error or environment
  • Failures caused by third-party services (authentication, payment, etc.)
  • Conversion result issues caused by source image quality
  • Failures due to force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures
  • Issues arising from use of the Service in violation of these Terms

Warranty Period

Please report any defects within 7 days of the service usage date. Reports made after this period may not be addressed.

Defect Reporting Procedure

If a defect occurs, please contact us with the following information:

  • Date and time of occurrence
  • Detailed description of the defect
  • Browser and environment used
  • Screenshots or other evidence if possible

In any case, the operator's liability for damages shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, as specified in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
